True Blood's Lafayette Takes A Lover
You can count the spitfire chef Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) in as one of the True Blood stars getting a new love interest in Season 3.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Southland actor Kevin Alejandro will be joining the cast as Jesus, a Latino orderly who is taking care of Alfre Woodard's Ruby (Lafayette's mother) at her care facility. Jesus becomes romantically involved with Lafayette and it's being said that the character will appear in almost every episode next season.
While technically still attached to Southland, Alejandro will be vamping things up on HBO, awaiting a decision from TNT regarding a second season pickup up for the LA cop series.
