Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - North American Plans from Shout! for 'Super Sentai Kakuranger'

Following up on North American DVD releases of Zyuranger and Dairanger, Shout! Factory has announced this past weekend that they are working on a DVD release for Super Sentai Kakuranger: The Complete Series. Footage from this Japanese series was used in the creation of the third (and final) season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, as well as in the ten-episode Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers arc (which bridges to the Zeo team's season).
Below is the early package art for this item, but it's not finalized yet...in fact, there are versions of this artwork floating around the web that say "10 DVD Set" at the top of the spine, and others - like the one below - which say "8 DVD Set" in the same place (both versions have been spotted on the studio's Twitter feed). Shout! hasn't set a timeframe for this release yet, they only say to expect it sometime in 2016. Stay tuned for updates, as further developments occur!
